This picture disturbs me a little. I don’t know if it is just me, but it kind of suggests that we have to rely on our gender for our personality. I mean to me, yeah gender is based on your body parts, but that has nothing to do with who you actually are. Your personality should be completely separate from your gender.
If someone tells me that my personality relies on my gender, they are basically saying that all girls should act one way and all boys should act another way. In other words, I am only allowed to like certain things and do certain things because I am a girl which is extremely offensive and sexist.
I know that is not the message at all that was intended by this picture, but that is how it struck me and I felt compelled to say something.
